These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fp777 ("fp777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the fp777 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at fp777.app (the "Platform").

fp777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at fp777's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the fp777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• fp777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Account sharing with any third party is strictly prohibited.

All transactions on the fp777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). fp777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your fp777 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. fp777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. fp777 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days. Withdrawal requests submitted during Philippine public holidays may experience additional processing time.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the player's own name.

• fp777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

fp777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 years and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from fp777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any fp777 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fp777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

fp777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond fp777's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

fp777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• A directive from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the player's fp777 wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. fp777 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

fp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fp777 will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
